IMBRA Immigration Law Update!: (02/28/2013) The U.S. Senate and the U.S. House have re-introduced IMBRA (& VAWA) in this new 113th Congress. S. 47 and H.R. 11. Today, 02/28/2013, the U.S. House passed the law, 286-138. Earlier on 02/12/2013, the Senate passed it by 78-22. It is expected to be signed by the President shortly. |
